WHAT'S COVERED BY THE CHAPMAN CASES WARRANTY?

 

The warranty from Chapman Cases specifically addresses manufacturer defects.

 

Though Chapman does not cover the expense of repairing physical or accidental damage to a case, we are happy to evaluate your case and restore it if possible. You can request pricing estimates upon inquiry.

 

 

CHAPMAN CASES LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

 

Chapman Cases LTD commits to replacing or fixing any product, or part of the product, that proves defective due to improper workmanship and/or material, while under normal use, service, and maintenance. This lifetime limited warranty applies to the original purchaser. Keep your original sales receipt handy, as it's required to process any warranty claim.

 

To request warranty service, you'll need to provide:

 

- The sales receipt or other evidence of the date and place of purchase.

- A description of the issue.

- A photo or multiple photos illustrating the issue.

 

Once a limited warranty request is reviewed, deemed valid, and accepted, you'll receive a shipping label for the product. After the case is delivered to Chapman Cases LTD, they'll assess the issue and provide you with an estimated return time. Warranty requests should be emailed to: info@chapmancases.co.uk

 

Warranty service or repairs to cases are exclusively handled by Chapman Cases LTD in Bath, UK.

 

Chapman Cases LTD won't provide any warranty coverage unless claims comply with all terms of the controlling limited warranty statement above, and proper return procedures are followed. Chapman Cases LTD and its employees or representatives won't be liable for any incidental or consequential damages directly or indirectly; resulting from any alleged defects in their products or use thereof. The consumer's exclusive remedies set forth herein are exclusive, and the total liability of Chapman Cases LTD, from the manufacture, sale, delivery, resale, or use of their products, won't exceed the original purchase price of the product. The express warranty set forth above is exclusive, and no other warranties of any kind, whether statutory, oral, written, expressed, or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, will apply. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description stated herein. The consumer's exclusive remedy for breach of warranty, and Chapman Cases LTD's only obligation arising out of or in connection with a breach of warranty, will be those stated herein.

 

Upon receipt of your Chapman Case, thoroughly inspect it for any defects or damages.

 

Our warranties don't cover any problems caused by:

- Weather conditions, such as mold, mildew, damage to instruments from the case being left in the rain, or extreme elements.

- Any damages not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, such as drops, impacts, and falls.

- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage resulting from 3rd party shipping.

- Normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, alteration, or repairs by third parties.
